Custom FiveM Script Development

The script your city needs doesn’t exist yet? We build custom FiveM scripts to order — clean Lua, modern NUI interfaces, and framework-correct integration for Qbox, QBCore, and standalone servers.

What We Build

Jobs & Business Systems

Player-run businesses with management dashboards, employees, payroll, and real economy hooks — dealerships, restaurants, clubs, and anything in between.

NUI Interfaces

Phone-style apps, MDTs, tablets, HUDs, and business dashboards. Modern, responsive interfaces your players will actually enjoy using.

AI & NPC Systems

Living NPCs, AI-driven dialogue, mission systems, and world simulation — the things that make a city feel populated even at 3am.

Activities & Minigames

Physics-driven gameplay like our streetball and ten-pin bowling — skill-based systems, not dice rolls, with multiplayer sync done right.

Migrations & Bridges

QBCore to Qbox migrations, framework bridges, inventory conversions, and untangling resource stacks that fight each other.

Fixes & Rescues

Broken script you bought elsewhere? Performance problems? We diagnose and repair existing resources — with real root-cause fixes, not band-aids.

How Commissions Work

  1. Scope it. Describe the feature on Discord — screenshots, references, and “it should feel like X” all help.
  2. Fixed quote. You get a written scope and price. Milestones for bigger builds.
  3. Build & preview. We develop on our own live city, so you see the script running in a real server before delivery — not just a video.
  4. Delivery & support. Documented handover with install support, open configs, and a warranty window for bug fixes.

The Stack We Work In

Optimized Lua with ox_lib, ox_inventory and oxmysql; HTML/CSS/JS NUI; MariaDB; txAdmin. We write framework-correct code for Qbox and QBCore — server-side validation, proper state sync, and 0.00ms idle where it belongs. Everything we release publicly is in the store; treat it as our portfolio.

Need a whole city, not just one script? That’s our server build service. In the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area? We’re local.
