We want you running, not arguing about refunds. Here’s exactly how it works for our digital FiveM products.
Digital Goods
Because scripts are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once a product has been delivered or downloaded. This is standard for FiveM resources and protects both sides from abuse.
When We Do Refund
- Broken on arrival: the product doesn’t work as described on a supported, unmodified framework install — and our support can’t make it work within 7 days of purchase.
- Never delivered: a delivery failure on our side that we can’t resolve.
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same product twice.
When We Don’t
- Change of mind, or “my community didn’t like it”
- Incompatibility with a framework or resource the product page doesn’t claim to support
- Issues caused by your modifications, other conflicting resources, or your hosting
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — these result in a permanent store and Discord ban plus a Cfx.re report
How to Request One
Open a ticket in our Discord within 7 days of purchase with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. Give our support a genuine chance to fix the problem — most “broken” reports are a config line, and we’d rather fix it in ten minutes than argue for a week.
