These terms govern purchases and use of digital products from GAS Team Developers (gasteamdevelopers.com). Buying or downloading any product means you accept them.
Digital Products & Delivery
All products are digital FiveM resources delivered electronically — via Cfx.re asset escrow (Keymaster), direct download, or our store’s delivery system. Delivery is typically instant after payment. You need a valid Cfx.re account for escrow-delivered products.
License
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive license to run the resource on servers you own or operate. You may modify open (unencrypted) files for your own server’s use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, re-upload, leak, or include our resources in paid or free packs; attempt to decompile or remove escrow protection; or claim our work as your own. Violations terminate the license without refund and may result in a Cfx.re report.
Updates & Support
Purchases include free lifetime updates for the purchased product. Support is provided through our Discord server on a best-effort basis. We support the current release version; heavily modified installs are supported at our discretion.
Custom Work & Server Builds
Commissioned scripts and server builds are governed by the written scope agreed before work begins. Quoted prices are fixed for the agreed scope; changes are re-quoted. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain the right to reuse non-exclusive components and general techniques in other work.
